Where can I submit a commission request?
All commission requests can be sent one of two ways:
- You can send me a DM on Instagram (instagram.com/art.byarf)
- You can send me an email ([email protected])
What is the price range for your commissions?
Pricing for commissions will vary depending on the service you’ve booked.
- The starting price for all pet portraits are $50. Portraits with more than one pet are an extra $5 per additional pet.
- The cost for t-shirt designs are $25
Note: All payments must be made upfront to complete your commission request.
Will the pet portraits be an exact replica of the reference photo?
- Yes, the portrait will directly match up with the reference photo, except for the background, which gets changed to a single solid color. Poses, lighting, and facial expressions will all match to the reference photo.
- For portraits that include more than one pet, they do not need to be pictured together in the original reference photo. As long as I receive reference photos for every pet included in the commission, I will be able to put every pet together in the final portrait!
Do you send prints?
- Unfortunately, I only send digital copies of the artwork at this time. However, I would love to eventually do prints in the future!
Am I allowed to post/use the art that I have commissioned from you on my social media accounts?
Of course! You are free to use my artwork as long as you credit me!
How long does it take you to complete a commission?
Completion of any commissions depend on the service you’ve booked with me.
- Pet portraits usually take around a week for me to complete. However, depending on my availability, an order may take longer
- T-shirt designs will usually be completed within a week, maybe less.

Note: I do not currently take rush orders
Will I own all the rights to the artwork that I commissioned from you?
- I own all rights of my art. It is not possible to sell or redistribute the artwork you have commissioned from me unless an agreement has been made.
